NCSS Mega Carnival - The event, to be held at the Esplanade Park on 23 and 24 August 2008 will showcase the evolvement of social services, the good works, achievements and services provided by the VWOs. Beneficiaries will take to the stage to perform and thank the community for their generous support and care. It promises to be a day of learning, fun and games for everyone.
